There are many versions of lasagne al horno - oven-baked lasagna around the world, and many variations on the theme. Basically the idea is layers of a tomato and minced meat sauce, thin sheets of pasta, and layers of cheesy béchamel sauce. Except in the US where the white sauce might be replaced by ricotta cheese, and parts of Italy where little meatballs might replace the meaty tomato sauce. This version of lasagna is basically what most Brits would do - it's not particularly authentic to Italian versions and I make no apology for that. It is delicious. One point to note, though - in the video I top it off with mozzarella and that turned out o be a big mistake - use something like grated cheddar instead.
