Because it's another version, maybe? I understand that people have gotten used to Bumblebee being a "young" character, but it's not bad to change it up from time to time.

buddy, they change things up a lot of times. Just look at Transformers: Animated. The show started out as Optimus, not as the Supreme Commander of the Autobots but a washout from the Autobot special forces army

@@Samuel_Loegan Just saying, Bumblebee is known as the youngest in the Autobots and if this movie is suppose to be introducing us to the main crew, then Bumblebee needs to of been seen in the later years when the war is destroying their planet.
