I did the same, sorta. Met Kerr at my HS gym. He coached his son's Penesquítos 7th/8th grade game on a Sat. morning, after us old guys played. I’ve heard that. But they exist to me in two very different categories. Dave’s show was more raw and heavily based on modern racial tensions. Key and Peele was a more appealing show for the broader population that touched on race but also sexuality and cinema and sports and just general comedic takes on everyday life. They are equal in my eye. In different ways.
