I don't really follow roosterteeth but since the first time I saw RWBY I guess I just somehow learned the name, when I heard Monty Oum died I thought RWBY was over just like that but they didn't stop, to quote the video they 'keep moving forward' that speech is powerful and can be used to describe many characters in RWBY. You did a fantastic job and I will come back to this video if I ever feel down

+ElementalDAR I think what you wrote was spot on. The first time I heard Monty Oum's name was when I heard of his passing, a few weeks after it happened. I read a few eulogies, and by all accounts Monty sounded like an incredible human being. So I started to look into some of his work. His early animations, his hilarious appearances at panels and on podcasts, and, of course, RWBY. Now, I almost feel like I had known him. He has made a great impact on my life, and the way I go about improving my artistic abilities. I'm a very lazy person, and it's easy for me to give up on things, but whenever I feel like doing so, I remember Monty's motto, to never stop moving forward. So I do believe that people are not truly gone until they are forgotten. Someone who can be that great of an inspiration to a person who never met them, even after they're gone, is still very much with us. And with somebody as incredible as Monty Oum, I very much doubt that he will be forgotten anytime soon.
