Wow….the strength of your faith is oozing through the screen! Praise God 👏🏽👏🏽 The Bible says that God is near to the broken hearted and comforts those who mourn and I can literally see that happening in and through you. Thank you for your transparency and sharing this beautiful message. Your dad is proud! Your dad is healed! He is in heaven with a brand new, perfect body that will never experience cancer, pain or suffering ever again 💜

I lost my dad to cancer nine months ago and continued my training and practices throughout. I felt insane going to the gym two days after he passed, but looking back, I am so grateful I continued to put my mental and physical well-being first. Thank you so much for sharing and being vulnerable with us. I'm so sorry for your loss.

My condolences on your loss Michael, he must have been an honorable man to raise a guy like you, please remember he will always be alive in you, and to get through this remember Andrew Huberman's quote: "“How comfortable one is, feeling their feelings, male or female, is going to strongly dictate how quickly one moves through grief, the more willing someone is to feel the full depth and intensity of their feelings, the more quickly they will move through that grief”." Not saying it's going to be easy, just know we are here for you as your audience, and that this is going to pass, and you will always remember your dad as your hero♥

Hi Michael. I haven't commented on anything before, but I've been listening to your podcast for several months now. We share a lot of similar personality traits, and you have been a great mentor in a rough 6 months for me. Your strength in hard times & commitment to your systems of habits despite overwhelming external factors is absolutely inspiring. I am very sorry to hear about your father passing, but it sounds like he lived a good life with a great family. I would like to thank him for raising you to be such a great role model for me & everyone else that follows you. No doubt he is proud of his son for helping so many people. And he will continue to watch from above ❤
