Love this Video Ashley! I am on year 3 in my journey, and I am in what I like to call “an extended grace period” where I let myself eat whatever I want because i’ve “lost so much weight” and I am trying to hunker down and get back on track with my healthy eating habits. I still work out consistently, but with not tracking my calorie intake and indulging in cravings often, my progress has been stagnant. This video gave me the motivation to dive back in and get back on my zoom!❤

i love the idea of an extended grace period. I do dieting breaks myself! I think its important so you dont burn out, and to also help your hormones regulate.
