It’s based on height not weight. They have a xlw for the extra fluff

I'm 5'5" mine is a large. The torso is long and very roomy great for sleeping in, if I had the feet attached I wouldn't be able to bend my legs. Wish the booties had elastic along with a zipper. There's an inside pocket that would fit an old flip phone, that won't be working soon, like our old TV's we were forced out of. If your broke down in your car this would help along with a wool blanket. I'll use it around the house with some wool underwear to save on the heat bill. I would suggest getting one size larger for comfort and room for extra layers.

I believe 30deg F. They suggest wearing a base layer and using a sleeping pad if you choose to sleep in it. Also designed so your can pull the arms into the chest cavity. My only issue is I’m 6’1” but am swimming in the XL (recommend size for my height)

Ha Ha. Well, there is a convenient zipper that lets you remove the top half while not needing to remove your legs from the Selk Bag!
