The reason why my mom and I stopped being vegan. Our skin started aging and I was concerned about brain health. The Keto high fat very low carb (less than 20g a day) they say is the way not to lose face fat - but they also say you cannot pick where the fat goes from when losing weight. The only sure fat loss place is longer fasting on water - it ALWAYS uses visceral fat first. The fat behind your belly fat / the dangerous one - so a water fast if 3 days seems good all round.

At a certain age we women sometimes have to chose between our body or face. My girlfriends that are 20-30 lbs heavier have more youthful faces. I recently lost fifteen lbs and my face definitely suffered but body feels and looks much better and lighter. So they look more youthful but I can walk faster and longer and sit on the floor and jump right up. I warn them when they say they want to lose weight that they will look older. I dont care I would rather feel better than look younger.

I agree with the other comment.. If a person is happy at an emotional level the body stays young along with regular walks or exercise. Exercise keeps skin nice and tight. When we lift heavy objects it forces the face muscles to squeeze tightly giving them strength not to sag. With all the cheap plastic on the face nothing compares to nature. The natural aging is actually more appealing to myself anyways it shows wisdom and maturity.

Secret to looking young and healthy. 1. 30 minutes exercises a day it doesnt matter what you do. 2. Limit sun exposure (30 minutes the most. 3. Do facial exercises (renew me by peta is a good one) 4. Do face massgaes every morning or night 5. Eat meat 2x a week 6. Eat lots of veggies and fruits 7. Limit sugar consuption 8. Drink green tea after dinner or before breakfast 9. You can use creams such as tretioni retinol 10. Take vitimin supplments (c, e, a, b2, fish oil) 12. Drink at least 8 glasses of water, however active people need more then that, also size and height of a person matters too. 13. Rest. Nothing more important then this. Even a 30 minute nap helps. 14. If you tend to get stressed easy, then work on ways to relax * I forgot to mention derma rolling (genamber is a good one, it's a little pricy around 85.00, but it's a great investment and it really improves your skin. Stay away from the cheap ones from Amazon)

Same thing for my boyfriend and we both saw new strands of hair standing on the top of our head after a few months. I buy the Natural factor. But since Pycnogenol is a trademark you should have the same results with every brand that use that very name. I tried some generic pine bark tree supplement but the effect on some annoying symptoms of menopause was not as good. Give it a try! Any diet based on greens will make you look younger. Some people are vegan, but their diet is synthetic, a meat diet is often a step up from that, but nothing beats vegetables and greens.

Like I mentioned, people that don't eat meat tent to have deficiencies because it requires having a proper plan. So eating meat will likely eliminate many of those deficiencies and people would look healthier than before. However without vegetables and greens the look will start becoming rougher and rougher. Apart from the rougher look, you can also get symptoms of aging faster by eating processed meats, like celulitis, and varicose veins. The key to keep that youthful skin will always be not tanning, keep the skin oily, but also eating leafy greens and vegetables. The rougher look on exclusive eat eaters comes from higher testosterone levels, and the youthful look on plan eaters comes from phytoestrogens. Soybean anything also helps looking younger because of the heavy isoflavones, but beware that if you are a male you can end up having low testosterone sooner or later.

Great video! I learned a lot. I knew that as we age, the fat pads shift and shrink, and fat in our face atrophies and sags as the muscles become weaker. But what I didn't know is that the fat in our face can also expand. Thinking about it now, it makes sense because the expansion of the face can cause the nasolabial folds that people hate so much. I wonder, as technology becomes more advanced, if people will implement the knowledge from educational videos like yours and focus on prevention rather than opting for invasive surgeries when they is so much damage. After all, prevention is the key.

I have always thought staying within the same approximate range for a lifetime is the key to youth along with good skincare and healthy eating habits. At 66 I have maintained approximately the same weight all my life since high school, with the exception of having my 3 daughters, which I had from the time I was 20 to 25. Did not gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. When you mentioned pollutants and chemicals, I couldn't help but think of the 2 big chemical plants growing up near Charleston, WV. "CARBIDE and FMC". During the time my mother passed of cancer in 1989 at the age of 67, it was said that area and surrounding areas were the #1 cause of cancer. I enjoy your videos.

I am not overweight but I am 58 and I would like to lose three kilos ( I´m European), however I am afraid that by doing so I could lose more face fat, and that´s what is preventing me from losing them, which I find quite easy to do, but you know, at certain age it is said that you´d better have a few pounds / kilos more ...I´m confused. Thanks a lot for helping us so much. Greetings from Spain

Yes! After i hit 40 (im 43 now) i suddenly started to see extra fat in my midsection. It was like a light switch! Im an active, healthy diet and water drinker and i still struggle with my middle ugh! Im actually going to have my hormone balance checked to see whats going on. I have seen so many fitness experts say that we dont have to worry about this as we age if were taking care of our bodies. I definitely disagree with that statement lol and no theyre not referring to healthy hormones, they are trying to say healthy diet and exercises is all we need. Of course, most of the time eating healthy and exercising can help in maintaining healthy hormone levels, but unfortunately there are other factors when it comes to aging and our hormonal balances...

See my blurb. I am currently a seventy five year year old male. I am seventy five inches tall and I weight 190 pounds with a legitimate 34 inch waist with close to a six pack (which I've never had) but the guys I listed are the gurus and along with the doctor here they are all extremely bright - did it take me a while to get use to no alcohol? What would you think from a man with a mild addiction to expensive red wine? But my last glass was July 15, 2023 and trust me there will be no more. You may want to try "Minds in Unison" good luck and you can do this - the fun is in the challenge!

This is will be difficult but read the book by David Sinclairs Lifespan! One meal a day can be done but takes some getting used to. I am a vegetarian plus eggs. I dont eat sweets, bread, soda pops, alcohol, white potatoes, corn, or meat. I also do resistance training i.e. google Chris Heris THENX I have my blood work done every three months. My last test which I got back a week ago my bloodwork was perfect! My doctor said I have the bloodwork of a twenty year old. Oh, and by the way, I am now seventy six for vitamins athletic greens although expensive it is the real deal in the right proportions. And it will not be easy but if I can withdraw from red wine forever you can do this! Good luck and may God bless!
