I got stuck on the muzzle for some reason! On round 3 I think. I restarted it 3 times and followed step by step with you and kept ending up with several more stitches than you ended with. Not sure how that worked but I ended up with 22 when you called for it so I guess something worked out right. Thanks so much!

I’m working on my second bear. This is absolutely the best pattern out there. So easy to follow. Maybe I didn’t see it, but do you have one for like a turtle? I like the bigger animals instead of the small ones I am doing it in blue, my first one was pink and it was a soft arm, but it was a brand that kind of kept flaking out on me so I switched to a different brand. Thank you for being a wonderful teacher.

I have been trying for three days to make this bear. I’m having a hard time with it. I have to put it down for awhile because I’m frustrated. I’ll have to come back to it. I don’t want to give up. 🥺Can you use regular yarn, such as I Love This Yarn, from Hobby Lobby? Will one skein of this gray yarn be enough for one bear, or do I need two skeins?

@@catherineengel4720 Hi if you are struggling with something- It is definitely worth taking a break and then trying again. You should be able to use any yarn you like but the size of the bear will vary.

Im having trouble with the arms and legs…with the arms they just kept getting smaller when it was supposed to just be single crochets every single time i would retry it. They’re super skinny now and don’t look right at all. With the legs [in the beginning] im supposed to do 4sc and 3inc but i only have enough room for 1inc after i do the 4sc and ive redone it 3 times and it keeps happening. Im a beginner so maybe im just not able to see my mistake…

Row 8, doing 3sc,1inc all the way around I wind up with 52 stitches. Have ripped it out and define but still get 52 following 3sc,1inc pattern 😭

Hi there, please check how many stitches you are starting with. as 3sc,1inc- gives you 5stitches which means it be a multiple of 5 depending on how many time you are repeating it…

It’s because there’s a stitch count mistake early on. Row 3 should be 18, not 24.

Mine are off too, but still looks ok. At times I tried to compensate by increasing or decreasing, which seems to work. Huge bear though😂
