Darren, I so appreciate how you break things down into categories. You're not all over the place. You're concise and clear.

I work in an office full of far leftist women which means they are all for the most part extremely narcissistic I also have a wife who is also extremely entitled and bossy I needed this advice.

Rewatching the first part later. Great show. Darren, why don't you ask for people to comment on the "red flags" they ignored or didn't quite see (but can certainly see later) of their narcissist's behavior? Also, am wondering if dissociation after abuse can turn into short fugues (mine seeming to now)?

Best advice I hear from everyone who’s anyone on narcissism red flags is that uncanny valley feeling… I know with the last person who truly was a sociopath I just didn’t listen to that uneasy sensation of distrust. As adults we can learn to trust our guts better because our bodies are trying to protect us & keep us safe. So any discomfort now makes me excuse myself from a situation quickly… it’s better to be safe than sorry! We’ll always know within us when we’re being played 😉
