Keep Fit不靠意志力,而是要靠?
有很多人會覺得,完成一件事主要得靠意志力!
我反而覺得真正讓你持續前行的,其實是好習慣!💪
在我們現在這個資訊爆炸的時代,有很多具有誤導性的觀念在網上流傳。最常見的就比如大家都很關心的減肥問題,有一個錯誤的觀點就是“減肥就是需要餓”。
但我認為這是不對的!因為這樣的方法,既違背了人性、自然和健康,最終還不能達到理想的效果。🚫
如果我們養成了良好健康的生活習慣,那麼根本不需要刻意去餓自己,依然能保持健康苗條的狀態。
💡改變,尤其是好的改變,都是從培養良好的習慣開始的。
我們如何培養良好的習慣呢?
🌱其實很簡單,堅持三天,只要三天!比如,每天早上花10分鐘做個早操,或者選擇一份更健康的早餐。設定一個小目標,堅持三天,你會發現,這個習慣就像是你生活的一部分,不再需要額外的意志力去維持。🌞
🏋️‍♀️就好比我自己,我喜歡在早上出門前,也就是6點鐘這段時間,找一個安靜的地方,做做運動,充充電。🔋這樣,我一整天的工作都會更加高效。💼
🌈所以呢我們一定要養成有益身心、提升自己、滋養自己的好習慣!這才是能讓我們充滿活力,擁有持續創造力的關鍵!💖
Keeping Fit Doesn't Rely on Willpower, But Rather on…?
Many people believe that accomplishing something primarily requires willpower. However, I actually believe that what truly keeps you going is good habits! 💪
With information gets overload, there are many misleading concepts circulating online. One common example is the misconception about weight loss, where some people believe that "starving" is necessary. But I disagree with that--such method not only go against human nature, nature itself, and health, but they also fail to achieve the desired results. 🚫If we develop good and healthy habits, we don't need to intentionally starve ourselves and can still maintain a fit and slim state.
💡 Change, especially positive change, always begins with cultivating good habits. Then how can we develop good habits? 🌱
It's actually quite simple: just stick with it for three days! For example, spend 10 minutes every morning doing some exercises or choose a healthier breakfast. Set a small goal and stick with it for three days, and you'll find the habit becomes a part of your life, no longer requiring extra willpower to maintain. 🌞
As for me, I personally enjoy finding a quiet place and working out before heading out around 6 am. It recharges me, and as a result, I get more productive throughout the day. 💼
Therefore, we must cultivate beneficial habits that nurture both our body and mind, enhence ourselves, and sustain our well-being. This is the key to being energetic and possessing continuous creativity! 💖
