Very enjoyable and good to see how the line prepares to deal with incidents. I really like the class 20s. As a loco that appeared during the BR modernisation, it has proved itself to be an excellent workhorse. Every heritage line should have one (or two, or three....).

It is in our experience, certainly. We have had some very enjoyable and exciting days out there. In one video on YT you can see my Grandson with his hand (and body) getting soaked by the rain as he records the 7F as we hammer up one of the gradients! That was a great experience. I've joined the society, and the magazine is very good as well.

I wonder if Gerry Anderson had any idea what impact his TV series would have on the English language!

is the sand wet or kiln dried fine sand
@jakobrebeki13 сағат бұрын
Kiln dried to prevent clog ups. I has a look of powder but with some clean dry compressed air it flows like water. When I was working as a guard for BR/SWT this is what we used in the engines. I also worked on the Sandite and deicer trains (converted 2HAP's) back in the 90's....

Thunderbirds are nicknames for the Class 57s not 20s
