Sure, but are they getting 200 million from a tv contract? Something tells me they aren’t. Ticket sales aren’t how a majority of promotions make their money and haven’t been for a very long time now, it’s just how the business is. Now, could TNA start getting that kind of money from their network? Hey, it’s not impossible. The WWE partnership has been very good for them and it’s doing a lot to push them in the right direction. But I just don’t see them as #2 or anywhere close. Sure, they are selling more tickets right now, I don’t doubt that for a second. But that’s not an important metric anymore. And it hasn’t been in forever. TNA could absolutely bump AEW from the #2 slot. And they are gaining traction. But you’re fooling yourself if you don’t think they have a long way to go.

Totally amused of how much hatred Konnan and Disco have for AEW and is going beyond Cornets level. I think Tony Khan shutdown a business deal with Konnan or something for this to continue. AEW just sing up a new multi years deal WB and is working on deal with FOX and only think podcast cares is tickets. Wrestling is moving away of house shows and not workable programs Collusion and Rampage will be gone soon.WWE just decided to run just two house shows per month and RAW is down to two hours with pay per views soon to be cut and replaced by Saturday super shows. AEW will cut a lot of dead wood in next one year ,wrestlers, shows ,staff members and expenses will be reduced to minimum similar to WWE ,TNA is in exact same situation but the difference is Anthem is looking to sell the company both AEW and WWE are not interested to buy it except for the library and maybe couple of wrestlers. The main thing people don't understand is as much of 'mark' Tony's family is owning sport franchises and in the end of the day he is not the only one making financial decisions.Khan's family invested huge amount of money in both Jaguars and Fullham the first eight years of ownership but now both sport clubs are just use to milk out fans and the respectful sport organization /NFL and EPL/ in this regard Khan is not different from Vince or Endeavor and this is something Konnan and most of other podcaster don't understand .The time of relaying on old fashioned fans like me is gone ,everything is about the moment and the big event and wrestling now is more popular outside US ,Japan,Mexico and Canada then what was ten years ago...I will be not surprised if both AEW and WWE start moving more shows to EU and UK by next year.
