Hi guys loving your tour but OMG the toilet off the kitchen without a lobby inbetween is all kinds of wrong in my book. Also to get air into the lounge you would need to open the patio doors ..... should be even a small window. I know that its the cheaper end of the market but the developers should do better. Keep the tours going I love them. Best wishes to you both x

Yes, it is nicer to see a smaller home. As a Single 🌈 Bloke, this would be Perfect. I'd take the rear room as my bedroom, and have the front bedroom as my Study & Music Practice room. And, have two or three Puddy Tats ! 😄❤️❤️🌈😹

I bought a 2 bedroom house from Harron Homes called 'The Hadleigh' in 2018, at the time it was £125k marker value in one of the cheapest parts of the UK, and currently they now cost upwards of £180k to 225k. I was also somewhat disappointed that there are usually no tour videos of smaller properties, the one I have is very generously sized for a 2 bed house, 70sqm and a dining area with enough space for a 6 seat table, for the 'less expensive' 2 bed houses, I haven't yet seem anything better from other builders.
