KEGEL Exercises for MEN to last longer | Pelvic floor exercises | Erectile Dysfunction Treatment | kegel exercise for men
Just like women, men also have a group of muscles known as the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are responsible for supporting the bladder, rectum, and sexual organs.
The pelvic floor muscles form a hammock-like structure that plays a crucial role in urinary control, bowel movements, and sexual function.
There are three muscles you need to find and flex to complete a correct Kegel exercise.
First One muscle is the bulbocavernosus muscle. This muscle is responsible for pushing blood into the penis and helping to expel urine and semen from the urethra and penis. It also assists in erection of penis.
Another muscle is the pubococcygeus muscle. This muscle is one that, helps you pee and poop and contracts during orgasm. It supports your lower organs.
The third muscle is the iliococcygeus muscle, which supports your organs and is involved in moving your anus back into place after you poop.
Just like any other muscle in our body, these muscles can weaken over time, leading to issues such as urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and even premature ejaculation.
Kegel exercises are designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, improve their tone, and enhance their function. You can do them discreetly anytime, anywhere!
How to do Kegel exercises?
First, you need to identify the right muscles. Imagine you're trying to stop the flow of urine mid-stream or trying to hold in gas. The muscles you use to do that are your pelvic floor muscles.
To perform Kegel exercises, first find a comfortable position, such as sitting or lying down, and relax your body.
start by tightening your pelvic floor muscles for 5 seconds, then relax them for 5 seconds. Repeat this cycle 10-15 times, and aim to do them at least 3 times a day."
Remember, it's important to focus on the contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles, without engaging other muscles such as your buttocks, thighs, or abs. Also, make sure to breathe normally during the exercises and avoid straining or holding your breath.
Benefits of kegel exercises:
Firstly, strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can help improve bladder control, reducing the risk of urinary incontinence, especially as you age.
Secondly, these exercises can also help improve sexual function by enhancing blood flow to the genital area and increasing ejaculatory control, which can be beneficial for men dealing with premature ejaculation.
Lastly, Kegel exercises can help improve overall core stability and posture, which can have a positive impact on your fitness and athletic performance.

I like the explanation. Thanks. One thing I'm struggling to understand from videos such as this is; if the focus is on the muscles in the pelvic floor and you want to refrain from activating other muscles such as the buttocks and thighs etc, why on earth is there always a picture of a man doing a butt bridge? Surely that would activate all of the other larger muscles we are told to avoid.

@@dropssssssss Update: i went to the doctor and got a urethroscopy to see if there was something blocking the urethra and good news is that there isn't anything and the doc gave me some meds to take everyday for a year to help relax my bladder muscles and now i can urinate normally again 👍

You have to do it for 2 hours/day if you want your bladder to get used to holding in pee, make sure not to pee during the exercise too. Remember, you WANT to hold your pee LONGER

LOL, I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Blueprint was updated and now it can grow faster. Although what Simmy suggested before did the job, now it can grow up to 4 in. Actually, I was able to get up to 3 in. more, I just go’ogled it a few weeks back and I feel like I'm wielding a sword lol.

I got a bad urine problem i always feel like I gotta go pee real bad and barley anything will come out I will no sooner leave the bathroom and it still feels like I gotta pee but nothing come out but a few drops and it’s the worst when I’m trying to go to sleep I get up every 12 to 15 min cause of the feeling I gotta pee real bad and most of the time barley anything will come out or when I do gotta pee I gotta push real hard to start peeing then it stop and go stop and go don’t know what is wrong

Hey man...I had this similar problem....you have got gas due to bloating ...this is nothing to do with peeing...i would suggest you some tips...which I have been doing.. please check if you are gluten intolerant or lactose intolerant...and when u wake up in morning first thing you do in Luke water mix 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar and drink first thing in morning....this is because of stress also...so try this and let me know if it worked

I'd suggest getting an ultra sound of your lower abdomen. It could be a small kidney stone stuck above the bladder

Do kegel exercise regularly Before you start kegel make you there is no urine in your bladder After pee not immediately start kegel exercise wait for 5 minutes then after you can start Increase your hold time 5 secs to 1 minute Thats enough And one last thing for properly kegel exercise You should release your poo Then after 10 minutes you start kegel I am damn sure you get positive result ❤

Unfortunately I have not had the time to do kegel exercises. I know its no excuse. I will remind myself to do it. What is annoying I have to wait over 8 months to see a Urologist due to a waiting list.
