Kudos for letting aesthetics play a part - one area where "amateur" rocketry still has an advantage over anything commercial. I caught myself wondering whether the paint job was unnecessary mass, but then remembered that a really cool looking rocket going to 5,000m is better than a boring rocket going to 5,500m (or whatever the numbers are) if there's no greater goal.

I used to be a traveling tech for a beverage machinery company that made the machines that packages drinks (beer, soda, water, you name it). I quit after I got an offer from an aerospace company. So now I work on rockets. You’d probably not be that surprised, but there are a ton of similarities between the industries. Anyways, beer and rockets are 2 of my favorite things in the world, so naturally I’m a huge fan of this idea. Side note: I love that more and more people are getting into hobbyist rocketry. Can’t wait to see the engine and fuel system design!

The pre-tensioning method on the interstage struts / longerons was genius. Keg rocket might have beer containers as fuel tanks but that doesn't detract from the high level of engineering and design skill that is going int this, cant wait to see where this goes! (Hopefully upwards)
