Friends, this video teaches us that working out at the gym can only make you physically fit and look strong, but after soldier training, you will be able to survive mentally and physically in places where a common man cannot. So, do more running exercises than gymming. Running and jogging will make you fitter and stronger than just gymming. Thank you.❤😊

This was pretty awesome, I'm a military vet myself. You seem strong-minded. I could definitely see you being the type of Fitness influencer that does more crazy fitness or Outdoors challenges like this. You should look into the Sigma 3 survival school, SERE, or Survival university were you have to live in bushcraft shelters for prolonged time. Or if you really want something exciting maybe go polar bear hunting in the artic.

This was inspiring. Thank you for doing this. I don't understand the comments underscoring army as an private entity. Like they are crucial to national security. These people are ready to go out there and fight for your lives and well being. Comments like these are very amusing to me.
