Has there ever been a prep where you or your coach have said “we’re in a really good spot, let’s just maintain where we’re at for the next week(s)”? I’m guessing no, and that’s why you’re constantly setting the standard for everyone else to be judged by every year. Dig deep; you’ve got this!
@Spychu19932 ай бұрын
Chris, thanks for the pep talk in the beginning. For the past three years, I've been working 70 hours a week, getting little sleep, and often I have to remind myself that it will end soon, and I have to keep moving forward. I don't lie to myself or fake that I am good; I try to overcome it despite being tired. This is why I admire you (besides being a good man, husband, father, mr.O, and many more, lol). You're honest, no fake, no super untouchable hero shit. Real as it gets

I love this man. Im natural and Im cutting now with full restrictions. Honestly I feel a big amount of pressure go away when I see you say this. It is truly inspiering. Everytime Im cutting it is a constant battle with my mind. People around me honestly want me to fail my diet. Even my family hate it when I diet. (They see it as an insult because I can’t eat any tasty food) But this really makes me motivated to god damn get lean for once in my life. Im 3 weeks into my cutting and it is an extreme cut. I count all my calories and all that. No lazy pussy cut. Fuck all that. Back to the point. I always struggle with anxiety on my cuts, hard time sleeping etc.. But watching this and just knowing that you are going thrue this pain helps me so much. I feel you’re pain, literally. And it makes me happy honestly on the inside, Im not alone!
@sam223122 ай бұрын
Bro don’t “extreme” cut, you will just lose muscle. Go on a 200-300 calorie deficit from your normal maintenance for 2-3 months, dropping 50-100 calories every month or so and watch how lean you get.
@LightWeightYeahp2 ай бұрын
@@sam22312 Yeah but I can’t do that. I’ve done about 8 cuts in 2 years. I’ve tried 300-500 calories per day to for 20 days. I went to the hospital the last day obviousley hahaha. But I was just fine. Everything was fine on all the tests. I only felt like I was gonna die. I knew I burnt muscles, but lost 10kg in 20 days. Helped me to kick start my journey. I’ve done carnivore 5 different times 1,5k calories per day. Now Im still eating carbs with 2k calories and strict 190-200g of protein per day. I’ve learnt to know how extreme I could push my body. I’ve pushed it so damn much just for the science of it. But now according to science and my experience I can measure by strength at the gym to see if I lose any at all. Nothing yet after 3 weeks (no decrease). Which is a sign that it works. Im losing fat only, and a very small amount of muscle if any. But Im 19, I can build muscle up easy after another year of eating normal. But this cut plan is for 3-4 more weeks. Which I’ve confirmed with trusted sources will work enough to maintain and lose ALOT of fat. I’ve lost 60-70 pounds of fat in 14 months with eating well, and training super hard.
