This was his solo debut and yes he has grown (17 yrs old in a week) and become very handsome. His technique going through puberty has stayed with him resulting in a beautiful tone and control for his vocals.(Worked with a vocal engineer for a couple of months leading into the pandemic, but stopped when everything was put on hold) What qualities you see in him were taught at an early age by his dad (he never had much professional training till he came to Manila back in 2017) and he was born with this talent. Never seen this young man sing before, Katriinka you keep saying how grown he is.... he looks like he might be 12 to me. So he must have been singing since he was in diapers. Most of the Filipino singers I've seen on your channel have been onstage and the WOW factor (to me) were small person HUGE voice. This was obviously not that type of setting, I enjoyed the song and the young mans performance , his smooth and resonant tone it put me in mind of an American country song by Don Williams, "You're My Best Friend" Listen to it and tell me I'm crazy. Delightful as always.
