I have suggested this several times. The two of them harmonize together so very well; Synchronicity, Michiyuki, Sayonara Solitaire, Hanamori No Oka are just a few. And (although I love all FJ singers) they are the most animated and seem to feed off of each other's energy. The fact that they're both stunningly beautiful helps.

They have the same bright attractive energy, looks, height contrast, and are completely at ease with each other, and the fact that they both have lower depth to their voices means their unison lines and harmonies always blend quite well.. They are also both pop-oriented singers. Maybe if the label's eyes had been opened back in the day, they could have made something work back in the day. Kaori is the belter and Keiko is more the smooth legato singer. They could hand even tackled a more dark, Kajiura-esque song with some kajiurago in a 2-person format. 🤔🤔🤔

@@LegendoftheGalacticHero I do think you're right about this though. They've matured and though not yet veteran singers they have formed solid careers and musical identities / presentation. Maybe they could feature each other in a few songs with special guest composers who can give a unique taste different from their usual fare. I think these two work very well together probably more than with any others (though I wouldn't mind a Joelle - Keiko duet in a jazzy or Japanese classic pop context).
