Is the resistance challenging enough to get virtually anyone out of breath at max heart rate? Can you get pretty out of breath without having to pedaling standing?

Great Spin Bike you guys. Coming from someone who races mountain bikes and road bikes it has a great feel to it. Almost perfectly quiet, my seat squeaks at little, but the flywheel and the frame are virtually soundless. It comes pre-calibrated from the company, and rarely needs re-calibration. Very easy to set up and perfect for home gym.

Excellent video. I was looking for the Keiser M3 and recently learned that it is not sold any more so the M3i is the next model available but for more money. What is your impression about the M3i and why did you select this bike over schwin, Sunny health, Peleton etc. I am reluctant to spend nearly 2,000 unless it is an exceptional offer. Your video was posted in March 2019 and it is now July 2020. What is your opinion now? Please let me know your thoughts if possible. Thanks

Still very high opinion on this bike. Reliable, sturdy, quite, just a basic well built spinner bike. I still use it once a week, set up in front of my computer monitor, and go to work. The engineering is amazing. However I do wish the computer was more capable, it just shows the bare necessities, so I find myself in front of the computer screen watching road biking while I exercise. Yes, expensive, but this will last 20 years, and you won't ever need to buy another one.

The m3 model handlebars can't be adjusted forward and backward, only vertically. I think you are talking about the M3 + model.
@JBuchmann4 жыл бұрын
This is definitely the M3+. You an tell from the style of the handlebars, and you can see the part where the bar slides back and forth.

Are you still impressed with the Keiser?
@star77productions414 жыл бұрын
Yes still impressed, it's a tank of a bike and will last a long time. Great engineering and quite. I love it and would still highly recommend, even though yes they are expensive, but you can easily find used ones from gyms who are bulk selling them.

can you compare max resistance of m3 to any other bike? does it feel like max resistance is higher than other similar bikes?
@star77productions413 жыл бұрын
this is the 3rd spinner bike I've owned. The resistance can get very high and very low, it's awesome. The resistance can get high enough that you feel like your pedaling up a cannon, with 40 pounds on your back, thanks.
