Keisha Charmaine No...I retwist the same and use locing tool to incorporate them together. That is why when I saw your YT video I watched to see if it was similar to when I retwist. I thought you’d have to twist in the opposite directions as you’d do with Senegalese twists on loose hair for a tighter look. That was my hesitation with this style because I didn’t want to twist them in a new direction. I’ll try this way!

Is it that your twisting in the opposite direction or how you twist the root? That seems to be what I’m noticing in this video and others I’ve seen. When I do the flick of the wrist my hair still unravels if I flick in the same direction as the root is twisted. Idk but please clarify for me if I’m wrong. Thanks for the video! Gorgeous hair! 😍
