Exactly. I saw her show in Dallas on this tour and there were quite a few young kids in the audience. Not only that, her young nieces were there - probably age 5 or younger and she brought them out to dance while she sang the last song.

Hitting notes usually requires you to stand and belt, something you are unfamiliar with....

Kekhrie Zao eh if you’re using proper technique you should be able to belt laying on the ground. It’s even used to help opera singers gain more volume, because they use no mics. Besides she used quite a bit of head voice which comes from higher than belting, which comes from lower.

Aw, come on Radiohead fans! She clearly says she's a HUGE Radiohead fan, and she KNOWS she'll never sing it as sexy as Thom does (BIG fan of them too, going to see them live Oct 14th!) but it's a TRIBUTE, not a who-sings-it-better contest! Creep is just one of those epic classics we'll still be playing 30 years from now, but kudos to Kelly for going full out on it instead of choosing the "safe" accoustic road.

Kelly Christine Second best - for me. Haley Reinhart's version with Postmodern Jukebox is my favourite but I like this far better than any other apart from Haley's. Even if you prefer this, I imagine you would also like Haley's. Like Kelly she puts drama and emotion into it.

Agreed. Her technique is great and she sings well and she has the average good voice that many people like. But it seems that she doesn't feel the song. When I first heard Radiohead's original version of Creep, I was tearing to myself because I can feel the hopelessness and helplessness. Her singing is too strong and firm, which is not suitable to the title of the song, "Creep".

I stumbled across this. Unimpressed.. AT FIRST. Some liberties she took i wasn't sure of the in the beginning. But I got goose bumps at points, she felt it, and I felt it too. It was actually quite impressive. I didn't expect a pop singer to be able to actually convey real emotion. I just wish she went full out and did the full song, probably not her choice.
