It looks like the security guard was rushing her, almost touching her, stepping on her dress and Kelly turned and asked her to step away nicely but the security guard obviously said something rude in response, which made Kelly turn back around upset. You simply can't read the security guard's lips since she has her back to the video. People are quick to want to talk but everyone will defend themselves if they feel disrespected.

The security guard busy body needed scolding like a little child. Kelly was right.
