This is the first riff I sat for hours working out how to play when I got that first guitar. I felt 10 feet tall when I felt like I had it down. Smokin' riff That's rock-n-roll right there! Thanks for this one.

I've never seen one of your videos, and I think you do a really good job with this song. I'll definitely check out your website, and probably subscribe. I appreciated how streamlined and concise your teaching style is, and I enjoyed the little bit of narrative that goes with the tune and it history. Thanks so much!

I love Derringer from Sloopy ( Hendrix was a fan of the solo on Sloopy! ) to the Edgar Winter Band . I had ZERO clue that he was involved with Weird Al. So....weird

Great video Kelly! A few things though about what Rick did for Weird Al. Rick didn't necessarily discover Al. Al was performing in a traveling Dr. Demento show where his now manager first saw him and helped Al get his first major record contract. Also Rick did all the guitar for Al's first album and the solo to Eat It. All of the other guitar work on his albums has been handled by his regular guitar player since 1982, Jim "Kimo" West, who besides playing with Al is also a fabulous Hawaiian Slack Key guitar player. Rick did though produce all of his albums until 1992. (Sorry for the long rant, not a big fan of disinformation) Edit: Disinformation from Rick.
