This was surprisingly good for a Saturday Morning cartoon from this era. Most of it's "Competition" was unwatchable cr*p. This is not great by any means, it had huge problems with lack of actual animation, they put a LOT of work into a few short clips and then endlessly reused them while the rest was painfully static and scale was always an issue in this era but the draftsmanship and backgrounds were pretty good. The stories were engaging, and the voice talent was good. Considering what ELSE was coming out at this time, Spiderwoman was a good watch.

This cartoon was my introduction to Spider Woman. I thought she was created for the cartoon. Only recently found out that she had various incarnations in the comics 🕷🦹‍♀️🕸.

In Dr.Strange movie Dormammu the supervillain alien was capable of manipulating space time dimensions.In Spider Woman 1970s cartoon Dormammu is like a head of some fire emitting version of Ku Klux Klan.
