They actually admitted that they are WRONG! Charges are “stayed” when a judge or a Crown decides that it would be bad for the justice system for the case to continue. This means the issue of guilt or innocence is never determined. Stays can be granted when the state has acted unfairly, including a failure to bring the case to trial in a timely manner.

In my humble and extensive experience there is a insidious relationship between Police and Justices that brings the institution of justice into disrepute and the citizens are better off setting disputes by the laws of god and avoiding any pretence by government employees. For example; defamation as claimed by Erbes, by having the accused and his accuser mount horses for a jousting battle. The two men will go at it until one or the other is dead. Whoever wins the battle, all agree, will be vindicated as a matter of law! You could replace the horses with motorcycles to not cause harm to horses. Guess who would win? :-)

I have been pulled over by the same cop 5 times in 6 months for absolutely no reason he never even said why he pulled me over detained me once and this lst time was on christmas morning right outside my house! make sure you keep up with any complaints made after or before your incident in regards to erbs. if he did this to you he has done this to others. prove a pattern of behavior. when you sue him/rcmp ask a lawyer if you can put out a request on media for any information people may have in their dealings with erb. I would hire a lawyer for the law suit they will not be able to be put off and stalled like you might be.They are hoping you will get tired of the system and give up.

They have the same policy as the federal liberal party and Justin treaudau. Whom they work for. It's the entire policy of the federal govt and their employees.
