You should definitely watch her Call Her Daddy interview. That line in Penthouse is because he moved in with her, into the home that she owned prior to their relationship, and during the divorce he said he would drag her through the courts for alimony (even knowing he wouldn’t win because of the prenup, but everything would then be on public record) or she had to sell the house and give him half.

One of my favorite things about this project is just how respectful she is towards him. She's releasing her emotion's and she's telling her side of the story without saying anything disrespectful or rude about him and I just really appreciate that. She tells him I hope your doing things that make you happy and I hope you get what you want out of life while also asking him did you just not see what was happening or did you choose to ignore it. In today's climate that is really satisfying to see.

One of the things that hits hardest for me is in Penthouse when she asks “When I left town, did you hate me?” The pain of having to wonder if the person who is supposed to life you up is really tearing you down inside as she was building her career. I can’t imagine what she was going through.

She took parts of his song about her and used it in her song,,, he was telling everyone he was blindsided,,then he also released a song and said that he would of flew the whole world over to get to her,, so when she was performing this song she said you said you would fly the world over yah sure ok,, and when she says something about her lawyer telling her to keep quiet,, she was not saying anything until the divorce was finalized and he was sitting there making songs and releasing them about the divort

I don’t buy that. He could’ve easily trashed her but he didn’t. He’s a songwriter too,Kelsea isn’t the only one allowed to write songs about the divorce.

I listened to her song ‘Miss Me More’ so many times when I went through my divorce. When I first heard ‘Leave Me Again’ it broke my heart that it happened again to her. I truly hope she is able to maintain who she is in any future relationships.

No one knows how to tough it out and stay together anymore. And before anyone comes with the "People just grow apart!", "You fall out of love", or "Maybe they just weren't happy anymore!", ive heard all of the excuses and reasons a million times. Love is a CHOICE. Its a verb. Yeah, you will fall in love but you don't stay in that state. Not without work. You will fall in and out of love many times over the coyrse of your life together, EVERY COUPLE. Hence the whole COMMITMENT part. You know, for better or worse, until death do we part? Smh...you have to put in the work, daily! Thats what commitment is. The sooner this generation gets bsck to realizing that, and understanding that marriage isn't a fairy tale, nor is it a permanent state of butterflies and rainbows, the happier eceryone will be. And maybe we can get back to what marriage was created and meant to be. The divorce rate is sickening. Truly.
