This is an amazing video mate, me and Tan have just watched it from start to finish, just brilliant, it felt really Moody and very ambient, absolutely loved it! Great video 😊😊😊

@@Somersetmanwalking Thanks Daz. It did get "moody " at the end when I lost my rag with the wind. Lol. It was fun to fulm. 😊😊

A great place from which to take in New Year's Eve, with views of both Bristol and Bath lighting up at midnight. Superbly captured, as always, Martin. 👍

@@WalksWithOlly Thanks Olly. That would be fun & different to try one night. I've gone out walking at night on Dartmoor & while o dont believe in ghosts or the supernatural i did find it a bit eirie. 😊

This was superb work Martin. Really well done. Kelston and it's hill is only somewhere I have seen from the distance when I was doing the Cotswold Way. Great job! Lovely music choice too. Cheers, Paul

@@westcountrywanderings Thanks Paul. It was anything but "peaceful & relaxing " though. That's why I decided to show the reality of it at the end. 😊😊

Lovely video Martin and beautiful views, used to always visit the fete in Kelston and always go through it on way to Bath but didn't know about the round hill, will have to add it the list of places to visit. The wind made for interesting filming I'm sure 😊

You made the entire walk look effortless but in reality, you were disguising your struggle against the wind. Another fine example of a quiet peaceful place, that you seem to find and enjoy easier than i can.

@@mmwaashumslowww7167 Your right . It did look effortless & peaceful. That's why I included the outtakes to show the reality & how film can fool you. 😊😊

Loved that shot gliding back through the grave stones. And the shots of your feet. Nice one. Shamefully we have never climbed Kelston Roundhill but it is on our list. We have visited the village though and have enjoyed food in The Crown.

@@NicolaExplores I think the village does get overlooked a bit as most people either go to the cheese shop or walk up to the roundhill. I love doing those "gliding" through obstacles close together. I think it just looks very dramatic. I'm always looking for small gaps to do this kind of shot. You should do this walk. Its easy to park & mostly traffic free....and the views are great. 😊

@ will definitely do it this year 👍
