@@KendoGuide there was shiai in class yesterday and saw it gets more difficult not just in bogu, esp when in a match. Btw, great video based on Makoto Sensei's Suri-kaburi! I feel i am spared years of bad posture on that tip alone. Basic basic basics!!!
