Thank you for this, Kendra. I am planning for my Second Quarter. Your videos help me think through the direction I'd like to take. My big question is always, "What is my purpose or mission?" Clarity here calms and quiets my active mind and helps me filter my activities. I also need to respect my limits in time and energy. I like to be flexible enough to embrace new opportunities and unforeseenj events. So I do appreciate how well you articulate your processes. Over the years you have provided some very helpful insights that I am still benefitting from. Much gratitude.

I like daily and weekly rest boundaries. I also got rid of quantitative goals and made intentions for journaling in addition to life health spirituality and work. I needed a pep talk to look at my journal every day.

This is interesting. I am searching for schedule enhancing myself. I am a natural self starter at work but home life has been poor. Until now, this has been sufficient and soon i will be adding more events and school ontop as well. I know adhd (passive or nonenergetic) is big on my plate. I will check other videos of yours, i did see the planning for self pacing classes. I know i need to get a routine and hit the coding class i have paid for. Its personally a goal of knowledge i think is similar to the french you mentioned. I do not know what questions to ask. I feel as though the "gift and a curse" of adhd can be seeing the trees and the forest at the same time.

Great video! I am really inspired to rethink how I plan my goals for this next year. One interesting note, is I am currently working my way slowly through the Chronological Bible. It has been very interesting to see how the different parts of the different books of the Bible actually flow together in a chronological timeline. And it has helped Me to see how all the different times and people in the Bible are connected😊

I'll have to look for that version! I did a study that called Saying Yes in the Darkness that walked through the narrative part of David's story and the corresponding Psalms, which was really interesting - so that seems like something I would like.

It's called Rock The Housework. I think I put the link in the description, but if I forgot it's rockthehousework.co.uk - she has a few free ones to try out on the website.
