My first time hearing Kendrick was on Jay Rocks Hood Gone Love It but I learned he was the chosen one when I heard Overly Dedicated. The song that changed my life was The Heart Part 2. I got to thank him in Baltimore when he headlined the BET Music Matters Tour In front of 2,500 people right before GKMC dropped. Been to every Tour and Festival he's performed at. When I say I shed a tear every show just seeing him grow from shaking his hand in 2011 telling him thank you, to seeing him sell out arenas and be world famous is the greatest feeling. God bless Music.

@joshwhite6646 Seeing cartoons and cereal live was insane. Because Kendrick would leave the stage as if the set was done, and all of the lights would go out. Kendrick established a good motif which is in fact reminiscent of how revolutionaries operate. You keep chipping away at the same block until gain headway. He was also drawing parallels between the methods of King & X. One was more for passive change whilst the other was a radical.
