I'm so glad you focused on the whole show, I feel like Kendrick designed this show as much about showcasing them as it was the beef/unity. So many reactions left it out, and so many discussions glossed over the part that actually inspired me the most. We've lost so many of "The Guys" that were in the generation between our current King and the kids in the show that were blowing up large enough to unify a city or region, but to see this? Incredible.

Nip tribute was beautiful. People need to remember this is kdot show period! He could made the show all about him but he didn't, he shared with everyone. I can bet my bottom dollar Nipsey was proud of him. Ab-soul has health problems he is also going blind so maybe he didn't want to any of music. I love ab-soul music.

@@mzfbados1294 it's just so crazy to me how some people are acting. This wasn't about nobody but Kendrick at the end of the day! It's his victory lap but he blessed other people and blessed the whole city hell the whole state. He give them talent people a stage to show case their talent and they did beautifully. This may not be the last opportunity he has for people so people need to watch what they say. Be humble and grateful. He put the west back on I'm from Wisconsin but I live in Memphis and I'm telling I like a lot of those new artists that was on that stage . I went to the corner store here in North Memphis and ppl was talking about the show.

I think he had Ab Soul come out on 6:16 cause that is his favorite song in the beef. Ab Soul has been through so much including trying to take his own life so it was nice to see Kendrick guide him around the stage. It was really nice to see and experience the love that Black Hippy has for each other. People were really trying to make it seem like they don't fuck with each other cause at the music video Kendrick was surprised about how tall School boy's daughter got but my son's godmother does the same thing every time she sees him even though it's only been a week. People can't help but to hate. It's weird.

As for Drake taking a break - his high dollar contract may not allow for him to take an extended break. People clown Kendrick because he takes breaks, but the fact is he _CAN_ take a break. I don't think Drake has that same luxury. Also, Drake fans were celebrating Drake following Mustard's ex-wife on IG. They are saying that Drake has "started working on getting his revenge." If his fans are cheering on BS like that, it's unlikely he'll make any changes.
