Kenmore Elite Front Load Washing Machine (271F1206) - simple leak fix

Thank you! I went through many KZbin videos to try to find the fix that sounded like our specific issue. Most videos listed all sorts of fixes but just a few words on your video got us right to the problem. I had just washed a heavy item when I noticed the leak and when I heard you say the same thing I knew we had to look at that issue first BINGO! I am the researcher and my husband is the handyman so he was very happy that we were able to narrow it down so quickly.

Thank you for this great video. I had just replaced with cold water inlet valve and noticed I was still getting water. I ran it with the lid off and noticed the hose loose but for some reason thought it was to allow air in the drain line. Great video!!! very helpful...

Very fortunate I was able to find your video. Although I have a slightly different washer - kenmore elite 41582. The same simple thing happen that caused the leak. Does make me wonder why this hose was not zipped tied up like other hose; maybe to inform that something is clogging the water outlet line? Thanks for sharing and helped fixed the issue!
