And employing, as a discussion point, the fact that a 41-year-old female professional tennis player could beat a 72-year-old male U.S. senator is either intellectually disingenuous or represents a level of misunderstanding of fairness in women's sports that should disqualify this woman from serving as a serious witness.

He was speaking in terms of generalities and averages; and the fact remains that when you talk about sports, the vast majority of men have a physical advantage over most women. It's not even close!
