Notice that Steve only jokes with people who will understand him easily. The Brits and Americans get his jokes without a problem, but if there is a language barrier, Steve won't risk joking and he will slow down his commands as well.

Amazing control by the most amazing ATC Ground controller Ever! Have a friend who did this at a much smaller airport,a nd don't think most people realize you had to be able to segment your brain into different segments to do this job..a university was studying it, and for KS to be able to do it at a madhouse like Kennedy just shows how amazing he actually was!
