So, according to Dr. Clark Racism is embedded in a social system, and not just some individual prejudices people may have. And in spite of all the laws that have been passed over the centuries, Racism is still the most dominant social organizing principle that exists.This is very important in understanding why it is impossible for Black and other Non-White people to be Racist. Racism is about power and only White people have the power to mistreat people systematically.

@heruartist71 your observation and comment is on point. We're becoming more and more conscious of what racism is and how it works. We must educate ourselves on our afrocentric history. Sankofa: we must not be afraid to go back and learn a history and then teach it forward.
