You know what you do, you put thoughts into words like hell yes! Relatable to another level, just want to state analogies and comparisons and insights that BLEW my mind - 1. Unless you feel immense pain, you don't see possible gain and drive for improvement. The "now" moment. 2. Humans be like dogs distracted with objects just to dodge dealing with heavy issues. Like damn. "Here here". 3. If you can't "lift" yourself up, you're not there. The pun BLOWS my mind. 4. It's okay to NEED people sometimes. Being alone is mastering self-sufficiency, yes, but woah; that one still takes time to absorb. Hitting. 5. We're so conditioned to being told what to do and what has to be done that freedom is crippling. Almost like sheer ranges of possibilities scare us. We like constriction. The immensity of this! 6. Important serious issues should not be let out in comedic, casual environment because things aren't just "bleh" use it as a funny conversation piece. Specially if you wanna deal with issues, don't let them out like casual things just to "let it OUT". You are so relatable Kenny. That is why I guess I just circle back to it, just so relaxing and engaging and relatable. Like you put in words a lot of things that I didn't even think of yet still feel like, shit that seems exactly like something I could conclude with immense human behavior analysis. Are you sometimes afraid to put out things that are not relatable like that and then later realize maybe it's just you? Estranging feeling, no? #SimpleKen

Wow, your comments on our education system really got me. Brutal explanation of how spoilt we are with guidance that once we're given the freedom to do anything, we don't know what to do with it, what we wish to do with it. That sort of gives rise to the formation of self-doubt in one's mind and I, at least, find myself questioning every step I make and constantly question my ability to do certain things.
@palaviranadive29604 жыл бұрын
Kenny your talks are so therapeutic, I'm won't ask for advice since you've mentioned that... But my question is... I am really forgiving by nature and I'm generally sweet to everyone coz I know how it feels when someone speaks or acts rudely towards you. But often people tend to take advantage of this trait of mine. I tend to love and care more without recieving much in return. And that takes a toll on me and makes me feel depressed. Help me Kenny. #SimpleKen
@surya_0x04 жыл бұрын
You are going around being very sweet to everyone and helping them out and it's obviously draining you, it's alright to not help someone, it's okay to be selfish, always put yourself first before helping others. When all you do is make others happy you are forgetting yourself. Remember no one has to be perfect/happy all the time.

Hey Kenny ! It's so soothing to hear you . Like even if you convince me to believe in something that's completely not in line with chain of thought i follow, i would still get convinced by that voice of yours. Like i feel you can say the meanest thing to a person and they still might not get offended. My question to you is, you often meet people and then want to be friends with them but how do you choose if they are nice to you but maybe to a majority of people you know they are mean to them. Like do you solely judge a person by how they behave with you or do you take consideration of their towards other people as well?

How to balance pride and humility in your personality? I used to be really prideful but it kind of blinded me. Having a prideful personality increases your self esteem and does give you a great high. But being prideful also makes you take failures more personally and it can also make you vulnerable in a lot of ways. Being humble as in downplaying yourself makes you less intimidating and more likeable. Also, doing that for long time would decrease your self esteem. Law of Attraction theory would favor prideful ones. But being humble enough to be self critical is self motivating to work harder. Balancing pride and humility is therefore a hard thing. #simpleken #SIMPLEKEN

Hey kenny, I've been a silent fan so far, but gotta say I appreciate your honesty and reflective nature mixed with a few jokes thrown in there, I think this podcast is super easy to listen to, compared to others where you have too many guests speaking over each other etc. My question is, do you think it's too late to start, and get good at something you're passionate about (enough to make a career out of it)? I know the obvious answer is no, but the fear of failure becomes real after a point #simpleken

i think comedians, atleast the ones i like have humor involving large introspection into the human psyche, having to dwelve to great depths while formulating jokes about day to day life. i worry it would end up jading them (ex. Biswa in your last episode. The people that tend to think themselves smart and others stupid analize things and form opinions and tend to dive too deep and lose hope whereas someome you may consider an unaware idiot probably has a better quality of life by their said simplicity. Too much thinking can be detrimental. What do you think ? #simpleken
