Yeah, the sidekick is my favourite kick.Once you learn it you never forget it, muscle memory and all that. What's great is that you can practice it even when you're disabled. I had a screwed up knee for a while, but I was still turning my foot. In fact, you can practice martial arts lying down, no excuse. It's a good opportunity to focus on those little details you've maybe neglected.

I was taught big toe up other toes facing down with side of the foot on contact, I have seen in vids that the contact point should be the heel , I can see that in the final contact point the heel ,knee and the big glut muscles will all be in a straight line on final contact point and therefore possibly stronger , technical but important.

Well done Men... (I won't call ya Boyz!!) I especially found benefit in the leg swinging... hip MUST be kept loosely..IMO..THAT is where I got my benefit.. and old Shihan taught me that 25 yrs ago !! And I LOVE that you promote.. leg /kick/ movement MUST be withdrawn dynamically. Makes. massive Difference in .y experience. And I must say THANK YOU for keeping these SHORT 3-5mins or less. I will view WAY more like this than long diatribes. Is your root style shotokoan or Goju-Ryu or diff ?. Thanks for great clieps

this tutorial is awesome. so, do i suppose to do this exercise 1 by 1 everyday, or train 5 exercise? for how many repeation?
@KenSato-IljaSmorguner7 жыл бұрын
Dear kamen xxx, how many reps and sets you do depends on your skills. And you can do every exercises in a row or you execute just 1 or two exercises a day. The most important point is progress. Do as many reps and sets you are able to execute with the correct technique and try in your next training to do one more rep or set more. You can also use additional weight. We hope this helps you. Best regards
