If you’re looking for ideas: Scamming Doctor would be great. One with a hearing test with inaudible, mumbling or fake-words; or you rub one ear or both or neither, and claim it to be some other combination. Potentially putting headphones on us, and then editing in prerecorded random nonsensical phrases to have us repeat them back, with your facial expressions being confused - again, to make us think we’re wrong. Colour-blind test with a pointer on card/paper - but the colours are wrong or you lie about the numbers printed, I.e. the number is clearly 27, but you claim it should be 54. An eye chart with blurred text; with lens 1 or 2 etc. Peripheral test, light trace test, etc.
