Don't go to Kensington so often especially if you're feeling depressed. That place isn't good for you or anyone.

I agree I really like Jeff I hate seeing him struggling with depression it does really hurt 😢 but no I don't think Kensington is the place for Jeff to be right now he needs to heal himself first ❤

Love your streams. You're amazing dude. My depression and PTSD was from a brutal and vicious childhood along with being in past wars. I self medicated with Vicodin and Oxycontin for 23 years. With that I went to several rehab [17} of them. The most hardest part was forgiving myself and my late father..It took me 60 years to forgive him and myself, but there's still lingering pain and thoughts. I talk about it sometimes but people don't really care, so I left it up to my higher power..Carry on my brother. Find some happiness somehow and some way.

Thanks Michael. I am sorry to hear you have to deal with depression as well. It is going to be a life long battle with me and thats ok i just need to find out better ways to cope with it

Hey Jeff, Great tour, thanks 🙏🏻 What Tori said is what everyone says. ‘Why I you depressed? You’ve got a great life’. But just like addiction, depression doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t matter if you have a good life, if you have money, a job, a great family, lots of friends, which color or religion you have or whatever. If it wants you, depression will get you and that’s sucks. I think it is very strong you decide to do this tour. If it is good or bad for your feelings you will know when you did it. Staying in the house in bed doesn’t help either so respect Jeff, for doing the drive tour 💪🏻 I’ll see you tonight at the live and I really hope all my community friends are there too. Looking forward to Love you all 💚

Wellbutrin has helped my depression SOOOOOO MUCH. I’m on buspar for anxiety. It’s hard for meds to work If you smoke weed. Even my son noticed that with himself. Exercise and staying connected to good people. If you ever want to talk let me know I’m here for you.

😢 I know about depression Jeff you need to do you right now your what matters you can go back to doing Kensington later you need time for you and for how your feeling instead of trying to take care of everyone else which I love that you care for all them there but now it's time to do Jeff your a real sweetheart ❤ and I just want you to be happy and comfortable within yourself love ya take care I mean that

Hi Jeff. I saw you on Wendall's channel when you were showing him around. You've been through so much, & achieved so much in your recovery ... make sure you allow yourself to drive & wonder around an area that makes you soul feel refreshed, & less of reliving the past around Kensington. If you do get out if the car fir a walk, maybe find a nice park, or beach .... just some beautiful nature to refresh your soul. Look after yourself, & stay strong ... find your people who can help you stay positive about your future & life, that will help you help others in Kensington to recover & get out of the cycle they're in

Jeff you just came home from PR that will depress you enough. I know I have depression and anxiety. Everytime I came home from traveling the islands I hated it!!!! Stick to making plans to travel again 😊 sending you love and light 💛💛💛

But plenty of people do! ❤ Don't pressure yourself! I have paralyzing anxiety... My best friend of 50 years literally "ghosted" me four years ago...because i couldn't "snap" out if it! 😢 So heartbroken 💔 You're not alone Jeff.. Let us/anyone know if you need anything... ❤❤❤

Depression meds never worked for me either I was on 5 at one time and microdosing has taken the place of all of them and actually do what I need them to. I know you use psilocybin and say that it helps. Macro does not do it for me but sticking with the micro has been a blessing. I've also found a local DiMiTri supplier just the powder though not the carts

Eat less fried foods like Empanadas and fried tacos because they might deplete vitamin b which fights depression .Also have your thyroid TSH level checked!Yours could be slow and may effect mood big time!Take care of your health!Eat less sugar because that can effect your hormonal balance as well🚨

I was just talking to my mom about this!! My diet has been horrible and I go to the gym 6 days a week so i really should be eating better. Thank you for reminding me of this

Hi my friend. I feel exactly all those things u were talking about. My nickname for my crap is "the La Brea tar pits" being from la, it seemed an appropriate moniker. Like you said, taking a simple shower seems so hard when you are in the hell. I'm in the pit now. Damn birthday, dropping a g on the damn car, hell my friend. When was the last time you tried meds? I had been on a bunch over the years and finally, lexapro worked for me. Maybe try new meds are worth a try? Do you feel like your depression flared up again after your trip to PR?

Agreed. News meds are doing good nowadays. They can literally change your life. Therapy can help learning tools to cope with anxiety as well

I will say a prayer for you my Brother...I used to have friends that lived close to Kensington...I have not been in that area for years...I have 2 Aunts that live there...I was watching your video and the lady that walked across the street in front of your car at the stop sign...I swear that was my Aunt....16:48 in your video....how crazy would that be.....God Bless You....

I recommend distance running. its a 180. 8 miles or more.will bring you out of the darkest deepest depression

You should find a travel partner/camera man and do the cross country trip and interviews. I could definitely show you some places here in Spokane you can do content with

I've been trying to send her back home. She said you were coming to pick her up. We have no news from her since Sunday early morning. Her phone's been dead 😢
