Marcus is such a nice man. I was across from him in a bar once, too shy to approach to say hello just observing and what a gentleman. Watched all the episodes and can’t find fault with him. No matter how he made it today he has paid back so much more in helping people on nights out and also those that naturally need it. The man deserves a title for his efforts and kindness. Much respect to you Marcus. You ever need more hands to help then hit me up. I’m always for making others life better too.

What I think I love most about listening to Marcus is hearing all the stories from pubs and clubs we drank in thru the 80's and 90's. I'd forgotten Kikis...brought it all back. Van Gogh, The Ace - happy times! Marcus is such a great raconteur - I was lucky enough to photograph him a while back and he's (as you all know by now!) a genuinely lovely bloke with a big heart.

I've know Marcus many years. I was knocking about with his niece's and am the same age as his son. Great family! I remember him visiting me in hospital when I was 15 years old because I'd had a nasty accident outside his sisters place where I was hit by a car. Clearly remember him walk in and it was like someone had dimmed the lights everyone turned to see this monster of a man come in to the word over to me! I believe he had a similar experience himself. He always shared advice on recovery and often offered me lifts if he ever seen me hobbling along the road when I was younger. Don't think I ever Thanked Marcus directly, so thanks Marcus.
