Avocado cutting Pro Tip: You move and cut the avocado around the knife. Knife always stays still all the time in one hand, so no danger ever involved. Hope that helps someone : )

This is the problem with short films. The story about HOW the short film was made has at least three times as many views as the short film it self.

The first shot where you're speaking, but the actress with the splint isn't quite listening... I thought, oh she either doesn't want to be there OR she's in tight with with this guy. When I film with my wife, both the feelings come up, lol!

I did this for my First Ever Short Film Aswell the only catch was I literally had No Budget (no camera so used phone, no lighting, etc) it was a lot of Fun, But the One Big Thing i learnt from that was (pay attention) - Do Not Do Shots In Chronological Order, EVER. its just a pain having to go from place to place rather than taking almost all shots at once if they take place on that specific location anyways love your videos Standard Story Company, they help me learn about film making indepth :)

I have an idea for a short film and want to know if anyone would watch it. It's called Web Cam, and you guessed it, is told through a laptop web cab. It is about a young boy who is recording survival blogs in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. It will be a one-man thing. One actor, one editor, (both are me) Not spoiling anything, it will record his journey of trying to figure out the cause of the apocalypse and find a cure while managing the battery on his laptop and the danger of constantly being outside to fix and manage a little thingy thing that gives him an internet connection. There is a big twist at the end, possibly revealing a part 2?

@@StandardStoryCo thanks man. That means for your shoot... About 150 watts. That means you could benefit from an Amaran 200x for $300 & the 2x frensel if you ever run into those same type of circumstances like a shot in a garage.

Thank you for taking the time to help us become better storytellers! Hope you all continue to enjoy doing this! Before I go, just wanted to say that God loves you all, and He proved it by sending Jesus His Son to die and rise for us. We've all, including myself, sinned and broken God's Laws and deserve hell as eternal punishment according to the Bible. But if we repent of our sins and surrender our lives to Christ, we will be forgiven and receive eternal life as a gift!

Appreciate the content except almost every video talks about unethically returning goods to Amazon. You should know most of it will end up in a landfill if you do that.
@bazzy75Ай бұрын
Also causing prices to go up for normal people and hurting small business owners who sell on Amazon.... just overall not a good look.
@MariaandBryanTravel Жыл бұрын
Really enjoying your videos. However, in this one when you more or less recommend people order props from Amazon and then return them after the shoot, you lost me. Most of those returns go into those infamous bargain pallets people buy. The seller loses a sale and has to refund the money. If you are selling items and people basically treat Amazon as a rental unit and just return things after using them, then you will not be in business very long. I know you are on a budget, perhaps use thrift stores, they have tons of things that can be used and are very cheap.
