Brad, it's true what the last comment said-your videos are really terrific and well done! Your vids are not wasted that is for sure and very relaxing when you are in the hustle of S Florida watching from afar! I really never considered this area or KY until your vids. I always have had eyes on NC and Asheville area away from South Florida. However, these areas are really amazing and tranquil-really look like heaven away from the heat and chaos down here. Even though you do the vids, I see Ken is agent so if we ever come up there, obviously would like to work with you so assuming you are the broker? As Mr Snickster said, what is the asking price? Thanks I posted a text to mr.garcia expressing some of my wishes , I am looking so can you kinda set a preliminary contact sort of like got a very nice person in line to upgrade his space from a minascue condo to a home and some land maybe look them up in your text messaging his name is ___Douglas Bolton and he's a prominent hard working his way threw some rigarous times he's making this buy to get away from all the over populared county I can write more but it looks to be realestate keeps on the busy move at times thanks look forward to talking with Ken and yourself at a meeting table
