Hey Kenwood customer service.. please help existing users.. We are all having the same issue. We signed up to the free inrix subscription so we could use the inrix in connection with the garmin traffic option on the unit. When us users upgrade phones and use the same credentials to sign in. Everything stops working for us. im only one of the many users out there who are having this issue.. if you want proof please review you comments in the traffic app by kenwood. i'm on NDX 892 and this "free subscription" is wasting away.. i can't imagine anyone paying for this. "subscription" to inrix while the app is free and offers so much more than what Garmin does. why not have Inrix on it full stop? But any help would be appreciated.
