In my case it was just the cable conector. They changed the part in a shop, drove like an hour, and then it happened again. The mechanic in the next Paccar ( Daf here in Europe) said it s a slim change that part will ever break, they properly zip tied the conection back to the old part ( I got the old one in the box) and returned the new one, saved 500€. It turnes out vibrations caused the pins to loosen up, and they got disconected for a few seconds at a time causing full stop red warnings on the dash even if the truck was workimg just fine. When u unplug that blue conector with metal pins ( cables coming from injectors) check for oil moisture in there, then clean it bcos that can eventually end up down the cable in the ECU conection .

tool i used was a 30mm harbor frieght wrench that i grinded the sides down and boom done deal

What tool did you use to remove that sensor.

How did you release the fuel pressure before removing that sensor? Did the fuel spray out when you removed it?

No, I can get up to speed but the problem was no power I replaced this valve I replace fuel filter and I had to go to dealer high-pressure pump Unit Pump. I had to replace that one too.

I am considering to get Peterbuilt with Paccar MX13 and paccar 12 speed Transmision. I see you have already 600k mi. How is your experience so far with your truck?

My advice stay away my as much as you can :( The worst of the worst :( What makes a good truck ? good engine, good transmission, axles, and a wire harness which Paccar doesn’t have any of them :( Too many problems with the engine too many problems Transmission too many problems with wire harnesses:( I pay for the truck 30,000 a year and at least if not double and maintenance

@@ivanbaires 665K the engine blow out my radiator and after they fixed the radiator they checked and engine went out :(( The replaced new engine

I have a 2015 T680 with the MX13 and 700,000 miles. Its a lot of maintenance to keep it running. 2 unit pumps, 4000 each. EGR 7000. But on the positive side, 700000 miles and the block and head are still good. Still getting good fuel economy.
