That was the best video on add-air bags I have seen yet. Would have been nice to see a step by step but this is good. I wish I had done this on my T-600 long ago but your video wasn't out then. How has this held up as I may do this with my F250 as it rides like a rock.

I just added front air ride like you did in your video. I’m having a issue when I add air to the air bags. The right front has more air that the left front. Do you have any suggestions on what to try to fix it ?

Can’t have open holes in the frame, open holes should be welded or put a bolt through it. I already had holes in my frame I only had to drill holes in my brackets which doesn’t affect anything

I believe that what's not allowed is to drill on the flanges (up and down bends). And like "PNW Films" Did say open holes must be filled as he mentioned welded or a bolt proper size trough it

Chris Trotter I’ve been a little busy lately I still have to take the bottom brackets off sometime and weld another bracket for dual shocks.. but the solenoid part number is 201244205848 usually sells as a pair but you only need one for the front.

I called 12 gauge to see if they sell a kit for t660 and they said no. Only kit I seen is from raynes chrome. Also if I take off the 4" block from under the leaf springs will the leaf springs have a pin to align? My alignment guy said there has to be alteast a 1inch block under there?

You use an extra cruise control switch since it’s a rocker switch that has Up and Down position to control the airbag pressure.

@@berniesands6201 they can be used for auxiliary lights or about anything. The wires lay behind the gauges that can be connected to. I used the power from my spare switch for the air ride solenoid. The switches already have power in them and ready to be used.

It’s not a bad kit, check out keep on trucking on KZbin he installed it on his red w900. Only downside I see is you need your own u bolts, your going to re use your original shock mounts and you’ll need to find shorter shocks. The kit for 2k is really worth the money it’s got everything you need.
