Kenya's President Ruto defends government flood response - BBC Africa

Kenya's President William Ruto has defended his government following the criticism from the county governments that the national government flood response has been slow.
President Ruto spoke to BBC Focus on Africa's Rhoda Odhiambo on the sidelines of the International Development Association summit in Nairobi.

He is now focused of using force against citizens in other areas rather than using the military/police to recover fellow Kenyans. The whole point is to mobilise resources OPTIMALLY whether a national disaster has been declared or not.
