Aii hapana I disagree though every one has his/her way of cooking, my opinion is that the meat should be cooked first until tender then u start adding your vegetables given that beef is very tough
@DinewithJane
@DinewithJane 6 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your opinion, as you said, if the meat is tough, am using tender pieces of meat, and this is how I prefer to cook my dish, so if you feel you want to use your own method, that is great..... And yes browning the meat first does give a nicer flavor if you have time. Thanks for your comment.

Hey Jane, isn't the diced beef supposed to be dried first? As in, heated separately till dry?
@DinewithJane

Hi Iddi, not using stewing beef on this recipe as it will cook quick, but if you were using stewing before and want that meaty and dark flavor then you can do that, and we have so many ways of cooking dishes, and as I have mention on most of my videos, this is how I am doing this particular recipe, you can always twick something. Hope that answers your question.

Hi Shimi I didn't add water to bring it to boil, the beef was very watery if thea is a word like that, but you can add water to it at the start not too much, but then later I do add water to make it more of a stew. Thanks for your question.
