its amazing trust me. ive got best of both worlds being ethiopian and somali, its crazy just how different the cuisines are seeing as they are neighbors. ethiopian food matches its country, spicy, flavorful, and with little outside influence, being a natiton thats never been colonised and fought off invaders, a lot of the food today is unchanged and native. somali food however, is like so many different nations foods summed into one flavorful beautiful concoction. being a coastal country with half facing the indian ocean and asia, and the other half facing the arab world and the red sea, somalia was the stop off to many sailers who dropped and traded through spices, with somalia being a major contributor and beneficiary of the ancient silk road, its main exports being frankincense which is indigenous to somalia, and imports being spices from all over

@@Arnold_X3 Very few people can compete Somalis in social media. They are multilingual and their country has one of the cheapest and easiet to access internet in the world. They rank #7 in the world . If someone writes something negative about them they will attack them through comments from the four corners of the world. That's why KZbinrs write something positive about Somalis to have more viewers in their channels .

Appreciate you covering African cuisine - it's so ignored by mainstream food voices... Also love how you have Black voices to discuss it as well and that you don't proclaim to be an expert on it (like David straight-up saying he's never had Kenyan food).
